Terrible service – This place is so bad that I was stopped by another customer in the parking lot who had overheard my discussion with the service manager about their screw ups. This guy said that he doesn't get any service done here anymore at all because they screwed it up so many times. They basically mixed up my bike with another and did all kinds of repairs that weren't asked for and then still wanted me to pay for it. It might be an OK place to simply buy something but I'll never get anything serviced here again.
