We have used STL Heating and AC for work in our primary residence, our rental properties, and a commercial space. Over the years, they have done regular maintenance and repairs and installed new AC units, furnaces and a complex steam boiler. Their service on-site and communication is excellent. STL Heating and AC is not the cheapest, but their work is high quality and worth it.
Excellent and fast service, even on New Years Day! Tech was friendly and knowledgeable and educated me on using the new thermostat. Highly recommend!
Genuinely do not trust this company. Please read before hiring for service! Kevin is the owner and he was my technician, he just doesn’t have any customer service. I explained the issue and he claimed it was fixed. I had to call back after he left because the fan wouldn’t shut off and constantly blew air even when the thermostat was set to off. We have been doing business with St Louis Heating And Air since August of 2019. They have provided excellent service, with honesty and competitive pricing while maintaining and replacing aging systems at our multi unit building.
