The tech was on time, knew what he was doing and was a professional. The tech found problem and showed me why it was bad. I ordered part and replaced it and now it works like new machine. I had already replaced parts that Y Tube people said to and still same thing, tech showed me and said that part should always be replaced when replacing what i did. Was well worth money for tech to come out .Would use them again.
