Dexter passed away in September of 2021. He was a fine Engineer and was devoted to helping anyone that needed his services. It was a pleasure to know him and call him friend. RIP Sir.

Dexter came out to our home early March to evaluate our tile which tented during the winter storm February 2021. IN PERSON, after looking at the tile and the outside of our home Dexter said our tile did this due to a "once in a lifetime winter storm event.". I even asked him to repeat himself. Dexter charged $200 to come out and evaluate our home and wouldn't write up a receipt at departure. Dexter only writes up a report, or the cause , after you pay him an additional $200.
