I used a realtor from Dexter realty Yaletown to buy an apartment. After a misunderstanding, the realtor treated me horribly, she verbally berated me in an email and when I went to her manager, he told me he would get back to me after speaking to the realtor, which he never did. Beware if you deal with this realty company, they are friendly upfront but if something goes wrong, they will completely ignore you and won’t help you at all! Ron Garcia from Dexter Realty was very helpful with our first home buy and, we enjoyed the overall home-buying process with him. One aspect that distinguishes Ron from others is his professionalism and willingness to keep us informed every step of the way.
