Not really Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Mostly Did the pharmacist provide a thorough explanation of your prescription? I received a very thorough explaination. I knew exactly what to expect from my prescription

They are very polite, and will talk to you even if there real busy. They are extremely fast getting your medicine ready. Number 1 pharmacy in western N.Y.

They are very friendly and you never have to wait more then 5 minutes to have your prescription filled. There is no doubt that Dexter's pharmacy deserves a 5 Stat rating. If your in a hurry and or need professional help call them or stop by.

Was this pharmacist friendly? Very! The most welcoming office I've visited! Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Yes Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Probably not Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Not really

Did the staff help you feel comfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Absolutely Has this pharmacy ever given you the incorrect amount of medication? Never! They are always careful to give me the correct amount! Was the office accommodating when booking an appointment? Great Did this provider give the impression that they cared about your concerns? Yes Is it easy to refill a prescription over the phone at this pharmacy? Absolutely! I can always refill my prescriptions easily and quickly!

Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They are usually too busy socializing. I will definitely recommend them to people I know because of their quick pharmacy service. The office was easy enough to find, not the best neighborhood.
