I hate getting blood drawn but I have too once a year The ladies at the front are always super polite, and usually very amenable to late rescheduling if things are rough or if your respectful. Nurse today drew blood for me and i usually have a hard time with being dizzy afterwards. Nurse blew me away with how thoughtful and caring she was in making sure I was alright to walk and got me a cup of water without me even having to ask. I been going to Dexter Internal Medicine since 2012 my Provider Lori Towne NPF and Medical Assistant Lisa have always been caring and concerned about their patients health.( or atleast mine ). Lori is the best Medical Provider I have ever had. She is caring, understanding, and highly professional. She truly cares about her patients. She has gotten my health under control and much better when other Providers at other Offices would not help me and were super difficult to talk to and work with. I'm constantly calling to remind them about my own appointments, the doctors are never there or available, they never contact you about anything unless it benefits them it seems.
