Builds the house, warranties it for 1 year. Will not return phone calls and did not follow through with information. Basement had many cracks within first year and plumbing was inferior and had to be redone. He left the lawn full of big rocks and it took months of hard work to clear. Bad business.
In the past year I have called 4 separate times. Still waiting for a call back and email response on all of them... odd
