We had excellent experiences with her when she was at the Village Animal Clinic in Dexter. **** We had a good experience with the two vets we saw here, but the overall organization of this clinic is just bad. First, I would frequently be put on hold when I called. Not a big deal in and of itself, but I'd be on hold long enough to wonder if they'd forgotten about me. Or I'd call I'd get a busy signal. After several bad experiences, I've decided to go elsewhere. It's difficult to understand why these people are still in business. Pretty grim for anyone trying to make a living there, but it's only fair to let people know what they are like ahead of time.
