They are okay if they actually show up. Good luck getting a response. Cheap but not worth the trouble
James replaced our water heater a year ago. The pilot light stopped staying lit so we contacted him and he said he’d be out the next day. He never showed up. This went on for several days. My husband contacted him to see if he was coming out or if we needed to call someone else. He showed up within a half hour. He looked at the water heater for literally 45 seconds and said the whole thing needed to be replaced again and he’d be out first thing the next day to replace it. He never showed.
