Dr. Tran and Nurse Sophie were such a delight, my kitten warmed up to them so fast because of how gentle and sweet they treated him. My experience here was nothing but smiles.
Brought my newly adopted cat in for the first time and had a great experience! They champion affordability which I REALLY appreciate. They listened to my concerns, gave price ranges/optional care resources based on price, and were extremely friendly/kind/gentle to my cat. I told them about my cat’s itchiness and chin acne, and they were able to provide ointment and the first dose of flea treatment in person, and that + the visit was $100. Update - a lot of the response to my review below is not true, which adds to insult. My dog has a history of heartworm but it was not tested, although yes I agreed to bloodwork. More medication was not recommended. "Ropiness" was never the main concern - that was me trying to report on clues that I believed could help explain the chief complaint I came in for - limping. And it should be obvious to any doctor that limping sometimes takes more than 3 steps to manifest and may not show if the dog is kept still on a table. Nor s... read more
Nurse Jill is respectful, friendly, makes eye contact (a sign of trustworthiness and integrity) and seems to be passionate about her job. She speaks clearly and directly and has genuine concern for both animals and their humans!
Dexter and Evie Veterinary Clinic is truly the best veterinary clinic I have ever been to. Dr. Lam is an incredible veterinarian who always takes the time to listen to all of my concerns — including the frantic worrying that comes with being the mom of an almost 17-year-old cat. He makes sure I am very well informed about her health and consistently provides multiple options for treatments and preventative measures for her arthritis and kidney disease.
