Ive been coming here for 40 years now and never been treated so bad. They hired a bunch of teenagers who now are managers somehow. I have rented stuff from there for 20 years since its local and I have done well with there older staff all who are awesome. Yet now the new people are in charge. They made a new rule that you cant rent without a credit card number. I told them I have rented many times and never had any issue in the past.
