Car was leaking coolant to the under carriage, needed emergency repairs on the way up to Burlington Vermont from Connecticut. Kara and Jeremiah gave my Passat an emergency replacement part for the time being to allow me to get up to Vermont while they ordered me the correct version of the part. They offered to put the correct version of the part in for me on my way back down from Vermont on the Friday following.
