We were tenants and Tenille was the agent for the property. Tenille’s skill set included prompt clear communications, being very personable and approachable, highly knowledgeable, organised, and repairs were completed in a very timely manner. The property was well maintained and overseen. We have had excellent service and could not have asked for a better property manager. We could not recommend her more highly to anyone wishing to have their property managed.
We became clients of Deximal after they purchased the rent roll from B Residential and it was recommended that we transfer across. B Residential was fantastic! We are no longer clients of Deximal. They were able to receipt rent, no further positives. Emails go unanswered, maintenance is not organised after months (not even a quote). PCRs were incomplete, details such as stating the condition of carpet were irrelevant as there is none in the property.
