I wanted to replace my AC and contacted DEX AIR SERVICE after checking HEIL website. This guy did a terrible job at my house, he left a gas leak, he knew there was a gas leak but he didn't care, and closed the gas line so I don't notice the leak. This past winter was the first time a was going to turn the heater on, and I realize it would not work, I contacted him, because the AC is under warranty, only five month old, and he said he cannot do anything about it.
