I booked my appointment online through MindBody. The night before, I got a text from someone telling me they couldn't get hold of the owner, so no one would be there for my scheduled appointment. Then I got a text saying that they did reach the owner and they would be there at 8am. When I got there no one was there. I was told if I could wait, someone would be there by 9:15, which turned into 9:30. No apologies or attempt to make it right.

We came in for a Dexa scan in order to get some baseline body fat percentage and lean mass. Raquel was great. Very friendly and explained our results afterwards. We came from out of town because the prices were much better than home.
