Zach was incredibly knowledgeable. Perfect customer service. In depth nutrition briefing followed the scan as well as a detailed explanation of the Dexa and Metabolism results. Recommending his service to my friends and family who are wanting baseline and continuous progress monitoring for weight loss and fitness. I booked two weeks ahead of time, confirmed my appointment the day before, drove 30 minutes to the location, and arrived to a locked door with no one answering the phone. Left a voicemail, waited 15 minutes and, nothing. So unprofessional and a total waste of my time.
I made an appt. for 11:45 and was asked to confirm twice ahead of the appt. after choosing only a text reminder online, then I showed up on time and waited in the lobby for 15 minutes. Had to leave due to another appt. From my experience I would not recommend if you have a busy schedule or if you don’t like to be spammed. If appointments take longer than the allotted times, the business should not schedule them so close together! This cost me an hour and a half of my day for nothing!
I booked an appointment online weeks in advance and drove 2 hours in from out of town, only for nobody to be there. I received a confirmation text the day before, which I clicked to confirm. I also called a few days before my appointment to make sure it was still on and never received a call back. This place must be disorganized, it’s incredibly frustrating to drive so far for nothing.
