the people who work here are nice, and you do get your dexa results, but it's really difficult to schedule, no human on their phone line, other machines are often broken and the consultation of your dexa scan results is very limited, like a five min conversation where they're just reading what's on the print out
Emily went above and beyond in my RMR test today and I was really honored that she did. I got some results that showed me out of range for my age group and it has led me to take further action that I wouldn't have (getting my thyroid checked out due to potential metabolic issues picked up by the scan). Emily and the team here might have uncovered a deeper health issue with the scan! Even if not, it suggests that I need to follow a different eating and exercise regimen. I had a 5 star service. Emily was very detailed, attentive and provided excellent customer service. I will definitely go back. Thank you for providing the report that will help my doctor, nutritionist and fitness instructor help me set a health plan.
It was easy to get scanned here, but the reason we chose this location over others is that they had a free 3D scan as well, but that machine was down (and still is. months later) and they didn not let us know. If I had understood I could get a Dex scan through closer providers I would have never used them - especially as the free 3D scan turned out to be false advertising (but I am still hoping they get it fixed).
I had both of my appointments done for my body scan. First Appointment took about 15 minute to 20 minutes and the second appointment took about 5 minutes. I’m a little frustrated with there phone system. No one answers or calls back. The text message system can only book appointments and not answer my questions. For the quality of service and time this place is over priced. I never received an email with the results or nutritionist and boot camp places that I was told would be shared with me.
