I did my Vo2 Max test and Dexa Scan here, was helped by Matt, Dominique, and Sam, and had an amazing experience!! I'm a big numbers girl, so seeing the detailed data in the test results was super helpful for my running goals this spring. They guided me through the whole process and were very supportive throughout the test, especially the vo2 max test. Highly recommend!
Wow wow wow, as a runner this is a must. The dexa scan + VO2 test took the guess work out and helped me reassess my next training block. Plus the team is SO kind and knowledgeable. Couldn’t recommend more!
Loved getting to check my VO2 Max here with the team. Dom and Brian were incredibly hospitable and took their time walking me through my results. Being able to see my results on the bigger screen and get a break down of all my measurements helped me better understand how to prepare for my upcoming races.
10 out of 10 experience super knowledgeable staff. They greeted me right when I came in and gave me the rundown on all the tests I would be taking. I did the DEXA scan the resting metabolic rate and the VO2 max test. Afterwards they sat me down for 15 minutes and went through all of the information with me sure I understood what my numbers meant and also what next steps I could do to actually utilize these numbers or improve on them.
