My girlfriend and I had been talking about scheduling a dexa scan and VO2 Max test for quite a while. We finally got it done quickly and easily online. The test yielded a ton of data and Jerry did a good job explaining the information and how we can use it to more efficiently train. My biggest takeaway was seeing how my body fueled at various heart rates. Highly recommend the process for anyone that would like more insight into how their body performs.

I’ve been delving into my fitness deeper over the past year. Im in my fifty’s and trying to achieve goals I should have accomplished in my twenty’s. Taking a V02 max test is a key data acquisition tool that will allow me to fine tune and proceed further. I’ll be doing another in the coming months. Jerry knows how to deliver the data in a way that I could understand and put to use.

Just completed my first dexa scan, vo2max, and resting rate at DexaFit of Farmington. I was overwhelmed by the details and direction it provided me for my health journey. This is a powerful tool at a very reasonable price. The consultation really helped provide me with clear direction on where to focus my nutrition, workouts, sleep, hydration. Where else can you get absolute numbers, a plan, and mentorship for around $300 that your HSA will cover. Stop considering it and just go! My one regret is not doing it sooner.
