Excellent facility and top-notch. So glad we have this here. I went to get a baseline fitness level after starting to recover from something chronic that I've had for the last few years. Instead of feeling down about being in worse shape than I thought, it got me pretty motivated because it showed how clearly my energy and feeling of well-being will improve this coming year, and how to do it. That was exciting. Looking forward to another check-in later.

What an informative session. I had Dexascan, VO2 max, and RMR. Jerry Byler owner is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire appointment comfortable. I completed this testing to have a baseline for my end of my 40s fitness and health focus journey. I left with real data and information that will help me make decisions and concentrate my efforts on what my body needs. I desire a strong and functional body that allows me to live a healthy, high quality of life.
