I’ve been delving into my fitness deeper over the past year. Im in my fifty’s and trying to achieve goals I should have accomplished in my twenty’s. Taking a V02 max test is a key data acquisition tool that will allow me to fine tune and proceed further. I’ll be doing another in the coming months. Jerry knows how to deliver the data in a way that I could understand and put to use.

Where else can you get absolute numbers, a plan, and mentorship for around $300 that your HSA will cover. Stop considering it and just go! My one regret is not doing it sooner.
