What an informative session. I had Dexascan, VO2 max, and RMR. Jerry Byler owner is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire appointment comfortable. I completed this testing to have a baseline for my end of my 40s fitness and health focus journey. I left with real data and information that will help me make decisions and concentrate my efforts on what my body needs. I desire a strong and functional body that allows me to live a healthy, high quality of life.
Thanks to the Google reviews, we found DexaFit! Their website was helpful & it was easy to make an appointment online. I wanted to go at the same time as my husband & Jerry was very accommodating. The facility was well-equipped & clean. Jerry was patient as it was our first time doing all 3 tests: Dexa scan, VO2 & RMR. He was thorough in explaining everything in understandable terms and the printouts were useful & appreciated. I am obese and trying to lose fat while gaining muscle, so when I learned about resting metabolic rate tests, I was very interested. The office is clean and comfortable. Jerry is an excellent host who treated me with respect and kindness. When going over my results, Jerry helped answer all of my questions. I left feeling refreshed, informed, and excited about my path forward.
