The best, fastest, and most convenient place to get a gold-standard health scan (don't need a doctor!) to tell you definitively about your muscle mass, fat mass, bone density and other important metrics for taking charge of your health! You can't manage what you can't measure and the fancy home scales (I have one) don't even come close to the level of accuracy of a DEXA scan. From the minute I walked through the front door the ladies that helped me were absolutely wonderful! Upbeat and very positive! It's important to know where you stand with your health internally and a lot of the tests that they measure there you can't get out of a random doctor's appointment.
