The owner was arrogant when I spoke with him. And it didn't sit right with me how he spoke to his employees on the phone when he thought I was out of earshot. Also, not spam. I've had interactions with Ben. What's spam are the many fake 5-star reviews by people from your Church who were never your customers.
I have used Dexa Solutions since 2014 for years always great to work with and most of those years have come to know Ethan Diehlmann he is friendly and competent professional.
Charles was very helpful in solving my GE Lunar printer issue. He knew the right compatible equipment to purchase and keep the system working.
This company is so easy to work with. They always are very attentive to their customers and provide great service. The reps are always available and courteous, very reliable. Definitely would recommend
