I had an appointment for a body scan, but on the day of the appointment, I was informed at the last minute that it would be delayed by half an hour. When I arrived, there was no one at the reception, and even after the rescheduled time, no one showed up. I rang the bell multiple times and could hear people inside, but they completely ignored us. Unresponsive, they got back to my query after 2 working days and did not reply to my follow-up query. By this time the appointment time I wanted was gone! This is frustrating and bad service. They say only contact by email but then never reply. I am going with another body scan provider!

Damian is highly intelligent and knowledgeable. I had my first scan today, and I could not be more satisfied with the level of customer service and in-depth discussion regarding the results. I highly recommend this company, and I will be making future body scans a regular part of my health and fitness monitoring.
