Achieving my goals through tracking with DEXA has been fun. Between the gym, cardio, MyFitnessPal and Dexabody I have stayed disciplined and excited to make the changes this past eight months. Dropped twenty-five pounds while gaining seven pounds of muscle! I never could have stayed motivated had it not been for DEXAs every six weeks. Losing a few pounds is ok, but knowing that I gained muscle at the same time was key to my motivation!

Highly recommend! I did a Dexa Scan and VO2 Max test and was extremely happy with both of them. The tests were both done in a timely manner with plenty of background information shared to help me better understand the details of the tests. I’ll definitely be back to do follow up assessments on both later this year.
