I'm paying $250 a month to advertise my carpet cleaning business. I had very little return in the first 2 months, ZERO returns now. No phone calls or anything from their so called advertising. This was a total waste of my money. I signed a contract and now I want to kick myself in the rear over and over again....
This company is horrible. I cancelled service (not under contract) with them over 6 months ago in writing and on the phone with a rep. Dex continues to bill me. Attempting to discuss the matter with their representatives has been fruitless. Run around is all I have gotten from them and they pass the buck to someone else. Nothing ever gets resolved.
Purchased service from Dex media, gave them my credit card number, then suspiciously there was a fraudulent charge on my credit card of which I have no idea if it is related or not butt after reporting to my bank and receiving a new credit card, I updated my card with Dex media once again giving them the benefit of the doubt. Only to find out 3 months later that they never processed any payments even though work on my website had begun. So I had to pay for all 3 months at once.
