Great products but Horrible customer service. No response despite multiple attempts to contact them about the status of my order. I will no longer be using Dex
I placed an order 12 days ago and can not get a fulfillment update. I have called twice and sent 2 emails. Buyer beware....this is wrong! Ship my items or refund my money!
I bought the mineral glow highlighter...its been over 15 days and my order was not shipped...I have called their customer service number 5 times and they always transfer my call to a mailbox which is full. I have emailed them 4 times, even went to their website and texted yet no reply. This is so horrible . SHIPP MY PRODUCT OR REFUND MY MONEY IMMEDIATELY.
I like this place a lot. The girls are sweet and the products good and rare finds. I spent about $80 on 5 items which is pretty good, especially since its hard to get out of Sephora spending that much on simply toxic crap.
I ordered a lipstick on 8/24 and I have been trying to call these people to get a tracking number, but the phone number is not valid. What's up with this company? Did I just get ripped off?
