I signed up with Dex imaging 5 years ago. The printer has had problems since the beginning. Had an early service call even, worked with them regarding servicing, and they replace a part completely. This was a struggle to obtain service. I was always reinstalling the drivers at least once a month. Printer finally quit, tried to obtain service, left voicemails, no follow-up. I was a victim of one of their aquistions , I was totally happy and satified with the previous work inviromant and Uber Succesful. After their take over there was so much stress and disatifaction with their values and corrupt business model I decided to leave on my own accord. Terrible DO NOT USE. The contract states if a printer cannot be repaired it will be replaced. First we are ignored for weeks even with multiple phone calls and emails. Grudgingly they come up with a new printer but try to charge us for it. This has happened four times in the last couple years. DO NOT USE.

Zero starts if possible. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. They stole our old machine that was owned by our previous printer supplier.

THE WORST business decision of my career was to switch to Dex. WAY over promise and under deliver. We have been with them for going on 2 years and STILL having problems. Worthless customer support. I hope the whole operation comes crashing down. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY! You'll be better off to manage your printer fleet on your own.

I understand the importance of contracts, but for this company to hold a DISSOLVED corporation responsible for the remainder of a SERVICE contract is heartless. The company would not lose any assets by forgiving this contract.

Unimpressive service and sales support. I do not recommend Dex and will welcome the expiration of the contract. Everything, and I mean everything, needs to be in writing, including things you don't and won't expect. Never accept more than a one-year contract. Never, ever!

They are LIARS. They screw you by switching printers on you. I asked for a volume printer and got one which prints few hundred copies a month. It was my fault trusting a sales scammer(Cyl_ Han---d) who expected me to do my homework on this garbage printer i signed for before delivery. I expected a company as large as this to hire honest people but i guess they rather Fu-k people and take their money and run.
