I bought a copier here last year and didnt find out till it was delivered that is was used. The only way I found out was checking the document counter. When I asked why it was used, I was told that thats the only way I could get you this good a price...but we never discussed used machines. I let it slide but now I m having problems and get very little help. They say they will do whats needed to make it right but don t carry thru. For the amount of money spent, it was probably one of my overall worst experiences making a purc... read more
