unprofessional is the best word to describe the service you will receive from the owner dex. i took my 2011 Hyundai there for the bumper to be replaced and it took him over 8+ months to replace, buff, paint, and repair. every time i returned to his establishment it was excuse after excuse. he didn't have a person to paint any more, the bumper didn't come, he painted my car the wrong color.
