David subcontracted the work we agreed upon which I wasn't okay with. Though this bothered me, I let the men he brought in complete the work. I was generally pleased with the work they did and I paid them in advance. Then with the project 90% completed, they decided they were done and wouldn't show up beyond that point. They were very attentive always showed up when he said he would and did the job well.
