I brought a brand new, never been worn gown to get steamed because it had wrinkles. The gown was for my step-son's wedding. I picked the dress up, and it had black stains all over the skirt part of the dress. The owner told me that I brought the dress in like that, and that he did not do that to my dress. That is a complete lie!! He made me pay for the steaming and accused me of lying.
