Cool place to live in England
Went to visit an elderly friend she was pretty fed up having broken her hip and I took some beautiful flowers which brought a smile to her face. Unfortunately she wasn't allowed to have them because apparently flowers are an infection risk !!! Who knew . Sorry but infection control have lost perspective
I just spent a day here as an outpatient. All of the staff I met were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and made me feel in very safe hands. The hospital environment was clean and tidy and the treatment process ran well. Five stars well deserved.
Yet another service in the UK that’s been absolutely drained. To be told I’m not allowed into A+E with my ONE YEAR OLD child because his mother is already present and it’s 1 child per parent policy. Just to cause more distress, you should be ashamed of yourselves. DISGUSTING.
