They installed my mother's air condition unit. She had issued with her unit, so we reached out to Dewpoint for service and resolution, they were unavailable. They are very unprofessional and refused to contact us back to make the necessary repairs. I advise against using them for any HVAC services
Never showed up or reached out to say he could not make it to our appointment. Took off work to ensure I would be there and he never showed up.
Kevin and his team installed an entirely new HVAC system in our house and it was such a simple process. The initial bids were very fair and they had our system switched out in a day. The entire process was seamless and took less than a week. We highly recommend them!
This is a shout-out to Kevin, owner of Dewpoint Heating and Cooling. I called with a potentially serious air conditioning issue late Tuesday afternoon. Kevin answered the phone and talked me through an intermediate fix until he could arrive the next morning. Dewpoint could not be more responsive, or nice to deal with. They came to my condo at the beach within 2 hours of placing the call, in July, in the middle of a heat wave, because the AC wasn't cooling (my idea of an emergency!). I highly recommend Dewpoint Heating and Cooling.
