Very happy with DeWolfe handling our conversion to dual fuel propane heat pump system. Everyone we worked with was very knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and wanted to help us understand the process, what to expect, and the new system. Great communication. Special thanks to the team that took care of us including AJ, Diane, Chase, and Ryan A. Ryan A was top notch and great to work with, we'll be requesting him for future jobs! A big project and it ran very smoothly. Very pleased and highly recommend!
It took a second call and a 2 hour wait to be informed they can send someone tomorrow (Monday). I guess 24 hr service means wait until normal business hours.
Like the fact that they will deduct the diagnosis/showing up fee if we proceed with repairs with them. I was not onsite when Connor showed up, but he kept me posted as I requested.
The tech was super courteous and thoughtful. The company front office was highly responsive. And the work got done right at a fair price. Recommend highly.
