Our service tech, John was great. Very efficient and knowledgeable. Took the time to answer any questions and patient with us.
Ryan A. and Jose did a great job installing a completely new heat pump system in my home. They were very quick and professional!
John and Dakota replaced my hot water heater. They were great. Very polite, informative and knowledgeable and used their heads when getting the new tank into the cellar became an issue. I would highly recommend DeWolfe Plumbing based on their performance.
Very happy with DeWolfe handling our conversion to dual fuel propane heat pump system. Everyone we worked with was very knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and wanted to help us understand the process, what to expect, and the new system. Great communication. Special thanks to the team that took care of us including AJ, Diane, Chase, and Ryan A. Ryan A was top notch and great to work with, we'll be requesting him for future jobs! A big project and it ran very smoothly. Very pleased and highly recommend!
It took a second call and a 2 hour wait to be informed they can send someone tomorrow (Monday). I guess 24 hr service means wait until normal business hours.
