Good hometown health club Easy to get in and get my work done. Enough space to not really bump into other guests
Great no pressure place with a lot of equipment and free weights! Average clientele age is around 65. Im 36 and felt comfortable here and got a great workout in.
The staff are really friendly and the atmosphere is very relaxed. Feel comfortable working out here
