If you have a Chevy, Ford or Chrysler vehicle, Ty will take care of you. If you have a Honda, Kia or Toyota don't expect great service. Ty and DeWitt Service Center were great when we had "American-made" vehicles. Even though we were regular customers prior, suddenly appointments were hard to get and service costs increased when we tried to get service for foreign cars.
worse automotive place I've ever been to. $1,300 and my car still has the issue I asked them to fix. didnt grease things right so I had to replace rotors on a all wheel drive vehicle. I think I'm gonna file a lawsuit. only thing good they did was put on a used windshield wiper. Be Aware.
Good Service My experience has been much to my surprise, pleasant when using this business. They are quick to analyze the issue with my car and have done a great job fixing it. Prices are within the standard range, service is good, and the staff is very friendly. I recommend using this shop for minor oil changes to major repair work... The owner is a great guy and goes out of his way to make sure you're happy.
Great Service with a Smile! I definitely had a great experience at DeWitt Service Center. They explained everything to me in terms I could understand, and were very patient when I asked questions. The prices are very reasonable and they work hard to ensure quality. I recommend them to everyone I know and I will definitely return in the future for automobile maintenance.
give them a try I was impressed on how fast they were. I went in for an oil change, and they did a great job explaining what they checked and the fluids they filled. Their prices are average, watch for coupons in the local papers. They keep it up nice and clean.
good service We have used Dewitt Service Center and have been please with them. They did a good job and stayed within the amount they quoted us. The staff has always been friendly and knowledgable. I think that their prices are reasonable. I will use them again in the future. I would recommend giving them a try.
