Attention to clients is superb.
My husband was discharged from a hospital to this rehab over the July 4th weekend. He was in great pain and had been receiving Ibuprofen for pain. The doctor 'on duty' to write the order for this medication was unavailable for 36 hours despite receiving multiple requests from the nursing staff to write the order so he could receive pain medication. Finally the order for Ibuprofen every 4 hours was written. It was then declined by the rehab pharmacy and only every 6 hours was allowed. All this necessitated my husband's use of... read more
Amazing staff, decent food and overall a very pleasant place. I was very comfortable having my aging sister admitted there.
Everything has been terrific. The physical therapy and personal are very responsive and interpersonal. The food may need some serious improvement but overall it was a very supportive and very helpful experience. I am now thankfully being discharged home today thanks to the amazing team at UES
