I've been involved in several programs over my 2.5 decades (without interruption) since 2002. My first program I was part of for 17.5 years, the second for almost 9 years. I have only recently—happily and pleasantly surprised—to have joined here. Each previous program had a strong reputation. Horrific! Totally unprofessional and rude. Francesca from the admission office is one of the rudest people I've ever met in my life. She is the reason why I will not be bringing my loved one here.

Very clean with a hard working, kind and considerate staff. Olga and all the people on the 10th floor have been incredibly caring and hard working. I am grateful for the care that my mother receives from them. Thank you Now my father in law has been admitted to the 16th floor. Today was his first day. The admission process could not have been easier. All the nurses and therapists and a social worker were in to see him and evaluate him immediately. His room is spotless.
