I feel that this center is wonderful in terms of treatment and therapy. Food is excellent and personel has the ability to improve health of body and mind, especially in terms of dealing with therapy. Names that I have to mention, Priyanka, Nora, Remi. They are real experts in their areas of knowledge .
Our family has had a very positive experience with UES. The staff has consistently been caring, compassionate and attentive to residents’ needs. Communication with families has been excellent, and it is clear the team works hard to provide a safe and comfortable environment. We are grateful for the quality of care and support provided.
The staff was wonderful and took great care of my grandmother.
