The ONLY reason they didn't get 10 stars, was we didn't end up going with them. We had more things to move from Oregon to Hawai'i than we realized!!! It ended up being outside our price range. But boy, oh boy, they don't call it Royal Hawaiian for nothing! They do treat you like royalty!! Sasha on the West Coast and Bonnie in Hilo, well there are not enough words for how well they worked and communicated with us, their kindness felt genuine and not at all forced. Thank you Sasha and Bonnie you are the BEST!
They avoided me for a week didn’t give me the information I want. I haven’t even started my move and I’m already feeling uneasy no communication. They told me it would be cheaper than $2500 to ship my vehicle and then I got a quote for $3700 people on the phone were rude And unsympathetic. Customer support is not their number one priority.
WE love Sascha! She was incredibly helpful & kind & comforting when we were so clueless ! She guided us thru the process like the professional that she is..her voice has a great big smile in it & her cheerful nature was fantastic! They were prompt picking up my car and household goods. Everything was handled with care. They kept me informed as to the status of my items and when to expect delivery. when my personal items were delivered to my apartment we unloaded some of the boxes. everything arrived in perfect condition.
