Paid over $50K in legal fees. Dewitt did not prevail even when it was a "no brainer". Her incompetence cost me $84K (above what would have been a fair settlement) to the opposing plus her fees.. Example 1: We provided documents requested by opposing council. Opposing scheduled a hearing to obtain the documents a second time. Dewitt sent a paralegal to the hearing.
