No empathy This is a very sad day for me to be writing this. I have been with this insurance agency back when it was D.S. Johnson., over 20yrs., when it was a great family owned company and is now owed by a corporations Dewitt Insurance. My home, cars, and my children have ins., through this company. They represent Progressive and unfortunately if something goes back with progressive it does reflect back to the your broker, and this is the 2nd time we have had an issue with Progressive which I will be writing them also.
