Wonderful experience, called a few days ahead to ask a few questions. Tammi was friendly and knowledgeable and I felt good about visiting the store. The owner greeted me when I came in as well as Tammi. They were very accommodating when it came to my many questions and jewelry combinations, with the owner even trying on the jewelry so I could see how it would look on. I happened to walk into the store to get a new battery for my Avio Milano watch. The owner of the store before he even looked at it said he does not have a wrench to open it. I know all watch wrenches are fully adjustable so that was not true. He promptly told me he changes his underwear every two weeks. Where did that come from? I was very dressed down on a weekend afternoon and probably did not look like I could afford his Jewelry. Fact is I can afford anything in that store. If you haven't found this place, you are indeed missing out. I went to pawn a few items and was deeply impressed at the freindly service and selection of items that they had. I may never set foot into a traditional jewery store ever again. This place is amazing.
I would recommend Dewitt's to anyone & everyone! They have a great selection and the staff is always extremely helpful. Love how they design pieces and when you want a change they also buy jewelry back or trade up.
