Rawle is very knowledgeable and masterful when working on cars, great for complex issues. The reason for the 3 stars is no accountability. Had to leave the car with him as the diagnosis and repairs were supposed to take a while, came back to pick up the car when it was done with an ugly dent on a door and right side MUFFLER MISSING!! He took no responsibility for it and just asked me to go through insurance. Likely never going back, but I have to admit that he is great at what he does.

As a new customer, I am very appreciative of Rawle and his team’s honesty and professionalism. I’ve been having an issue with low Oil pressure on my truck and Rawle and team have been very thorough and patient trying to diagnose the issue. He originally fixed the issue back in December and unfortunately, I am having a bit of an issue now again, but he took the time to investigate and diagnose it as I still have warranty on the truck so dealing with a warranty sometimes is not easy.
