Incredibly unprofessional staff. I was left uncertain on where we stood with my husband’s car and there were significant delays with no explanation. I was expecting better because of the high reviews - but they are clearly understaffed and unable to handle the volume of work expected of their employees. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere in the future should anything happen to our car.
I have had many cars worked on at Dewire. I recommend them for the quality of their work, their ease of doing business, and their friendliness. While I hope I don't have to go back soon, if my car gets hit again, I will!
