I have dealt with Rod several times and can confirm that he is an incredibly knowledgeable and helpful sales agent. Most recently I purchased a new Yamaha wave runner and he made the entire process super easy and enjoyable. His level of commitment to customer satisfaction is top notch!! The parts guy at Dewildt on Saturday morning helped me out by going above and beyond typical responses I had from others. I really needed to be in an event on Sunday. Had a fantastic experience when purchasing my motorcycle! My salesman, Rod, was knowledgeable, friendly, professional and courteous. He was very quick to return phone calls and once I decided to purchase the bike, he, along with Madison in finance department, made the transaction seamless!
