This Yamaha dealership has excellent service! I was calling around everywhere for an 8JP Yamaha belt, nobody had one and they have been back ordered for who knows how long. These guys had 1 in stock, they held it for me overnight, and even opened up a half hour early so I could pick it up in the morning on my way out for a ride! That’s above and beyond service if you ask me! 🤙
Worst service I've ever had damaged my sled and will not own up to it for repairs. Scratched a arm and said can't prove they did it. Complete pre service done. Two rides and oil everywhere. Get told oil level too high. Never a Manager to ever talk too. Not even worth one star.
Great Experience, 2 Hours from home and they made the shopping experience smooth. Bought my son a TTR110 as a surprise and the whole family had a great time picking it up today. Highly Recommend Worked with Adam and Kevin, the whole staff was great.
Just purchased a 2025 Yamaha Tenere from Dewildt and couldn't be happier with the experience. Rod was quick to respond, day or night and kept me updated along the way. The bike was as expected and was ready for pickup earlier then planned. This was my first time dealing with Dewildt and I look forwarded to dealing with them in the future. Mike
Just had our snowmobile serviced in the barrie location, overall great service super friendly staff. They really did a great job, sled is fixed and the price was really fair. We will definitely will use them again.
