friendly staff and very helpful in repairs
Extremely impressed with workmanship and the service from all the staff.
Excellent customer service. Altered jewellery for my daughter’s wedding in really quick time which helped us so much. Would highly recommend.
Polite staff, ordered in some white gold items for my wife. Arived quickly and they have some lovely pieces in stock.
One of the swirly parts of this ring my mum had bought me snapped off and went missing, James was able to replicate the piece exactly and repair the ring for me, you literally can’t even tell it’s been repaired it’s as if it never happened! Really pleased and the lady I dealt with was lovely and friendly and called me to keep me in the loop with the repairs. Thank you!
