The pizza was wonderful. I loved watching them making the pizza. The guy making the crusts was amazing!
I eat a lot of pizza. This is really good, and reasonably fairly priced! Small 11" pizza, mushroom & black olive $17. Reg Crust was that magical blend of thin enough to be crisp on the bottom, thick enough to be chewy, not greasy or overly bready. Sauce had more of a zip than sweetness. Plenty of herby flavor, but not overwhelming to be its own dish.
