Great pizza - best in Cincinnati – Simply excellent
Excellent experience! – Dewey's is a new find for us, and we are so happy to have it! They just do pizza and salad, with dessert brought in from local bakeries, so you know the chefs are dedicated. The menu is simple, but you can make your pizza just about anyway you like it. They also offer a red sauce or a white sauce, so you really could get a different combo every time. Outstanding service, pizza and food – Pizza, salad and service were all perfect on our recent visit for my husband's birthday. The only challenge we typically have with this location is that it tends to draw families with small children, thus it can be noisy.

Fresh.... but NOT great – I can see why there are so many good reviews: it is a pleasant atmosphere that I enjoyed myself at... I had a good time. The food I put in my mouth, however, was refreshing.... but not inspiring. Oh what a little extra garlic would have done, or some oregano, thyme, cayenne pepper, smoke, FIRE, SPICES. Good Pizza but not the Best in Cincinnati – I have had an inconsistent experience with Dewey's - sometimes good, sometimes not that great. It's convenient b/c there are several locations, and good to visit with a group of people.
Better than the other chains but not the best in the city. – Dewey's has a fun atmosphere, and I've found the pizza to sometimes to be really fresh tasting and at other times to be lacking. It is not the best pizza in Cincinnati in my opinion, but better than most other chains.
The Best Pizza....Plus. – The freshest, best tasting ingredients on the the best, hand-tossed crust, served hot by friendly, attentive people who seem to like their job. This is actually my favorite pizza--not just here but anywhere. We discovered it at the Dayton location (UD area) and haven't been disappointed at other Dewey's restaurants. OUR NEW FAVORITE PIZZA PLACE! – This was our first visit, and we were happy with everything! The service was perfect - attentive and friendly without being annoying. The menu selection was great - lots of vegetarian items to choose from, and way beyond the basic "cheese pizza". And the food was excellent - it wasn't greasy, the pizza crust was just thin enough to be chewy without being overwhelming, and it was obvious the ingredients were high-quality.
