Took brand new DVD player still in box and generator in the box and was told doesn't take them.how stupid.I will put on my facebook every week how stupid this is.

We take generators, just not the brand you had. Netflix has killed the market for DVD players, and for this we are very sorry.
I have known Kendle and the rest of the staff for over 18 years and I can honestly say that they have treated me with respect and have educated me very well in the products they carry when it comes to the guns.
