Driving through town and decided to stop for breakfast. It was a great experience and the corned beef hash was some of the best I have ever eaten. It's a gem of a place. Pride of ownership abounds. Every detail and every dish was done exceptionally well. They do a lot in house (season their own sausage, for example). I'm going out of my way in the future to stop back!
