Went to get my nails done with my mom. She was getting her toes done and I originally wanted my finger nails but she convinced me to do my toes. Im very insecure about my feet cause I lost parts of my nails in a freak accident. I wanted my nails to all match so I asked for fake ones. The nail tech said at first that it wouldn't work cause there was nothing for it to hook on too. When I asked my other toe nail to look normal he said he would do both for me. Terrible experience today. Lady (who seemed to be in charge) was clearly upset I only wanted the classic package. Which I picked bc it didn’t list the tool that they use to grate your feet. She brought her tool out - that i wasn’t confident was even sterilized. And I told her “oh no thank you” she continued to say “but you need it.” I told her again no thanks that I wasn’t a fan of the process. She got up and walked away angry. I usually come here and they are consistently clean and do a good job. The owners are very kind and professional. However, the last time I came in there with my mom and my 11 year old daughter, a younger male was doing my toes. He kept telling me how pretty my 11year old daughter was, and staring at her. He then mentioned how long her legs were, and continued to stare at her. He offered to do her finger nails and I said no, so he said he would pick her up the next day to do her nails.
