I would not recommend using this office for real estate closings based on my experience. I was disappointed with both the fees charged and the overall level of service. In my opinion, the closing costs for a free-and-clear property were significantly higher than expected. Additionally, it has been nearly two weeks since the closing, and I have still not received my proceeds. Communication throughout the process was also lacking.
